Tinker City

The gnomes were spread throughout the land but too many were pushed out of villages and cities because of their tinkering. It wasn't just gnomes that found refuge in Tinker City, it was anyone that had a creative and mischievous spirit. Gadgets and gizmos galore can be found within this city. If you can imagine it, it can be found here or you will find someone willing to build it.
